Custom systems · by application

Some businesses need something that doesn't exist yet.

We design and build custom systems — automation, AI agents, internal tools — around the way your business actually runs. We take on a small number of these at a time, so every build gets our senior engineers on it.

Builds start at $2,500, and most get a fixed quote on the free call — no fee first. Pick a 30-minute slot and tell us the problem — not the solution. We come to the call with questions, not a pitch.

The process, start to finish

No deck. No discovery theatre. You leave the call with a price.

01

A free 30-minute call

You tell us the problem, not the solution. It ends one of three ways: it is something we have already built — that is a bundle, and far cheaper. It is custom but clear — you get a fixed quote, free, on the call or within a day. Or it is genuinely complex, and we say so — that is the only case that needs a Build Plan.

02

The Build Plan · $490 · larger builds only

Five working days. What we would build, what it changes, and a fixed price — not a range. It is the first $490 of your build, not a fee: it comes off in full if you go ahead, and the document is yours either way.

03

We build it and support it

Fixed scope, fixed price, one accountable team. When it is live it stays ours to run from $250/mo — unless you would rather take it in-house, which is fine.

The kind of thing we build

Three shapes, anonymized.

Custom work is confidential, so these describe the shape rather than the client.

Automation

The machine that runs this company

Our own operation is the clearest example: software that finds local businesses without a website, builds each one a real site, runs the outreach, and hands the owner a working portal. It runs itself day to day. That is the shape of thing we build.

AI agent

The inbox that answers itself

A service business drowning in the same eight questions. We built an agent that reads the inbox, answers what it can from the company's own documents, drafts the rest, and escalates anything about money to a human.

Internal tool

The spreadsheet that became a system

A scheduling spreadsheet three people edited at once, replaced by a small internal tool with real permissions, an audit trail, and a phone view for the crew in the van.

What it costs

Quoted, not unknowable.

We will not price a build before we understand it — but you should be able to tell roughly where you sit before you ever speak to us. Almost everything lands in one of three sizes.

Small
$2,500

One workflow, one integration — an agent that reads your inbox and files the quotes, or your jobs syncing into your accounting.

Fixed quote on the free call — no Build Plan, no fee.

Medium
$4,000

Several systems and an AI step — replacing the spreadsheet the office actually runs on, or an agent that qualifies and books every inquiry.

Usually priced from a Build Plan — it comes off the build in full.

Large
$12,000+

A system the business runs on. Priced from the Build Plan, never guessed.

Always priced from a Build Plan — nobody can quote this honestly from a call.

Then $250/mo to host it, watch it and keep it patched — or $450/mo if you want changes, support and the integrations kept alive as the software around them moves. Cancel either like everything else — the build stays yours.

Larger builds

The Build Plan — $490, and it comes off the build

Most builds never need this — if we can price yours confidently, you get a fixed quote on the free call, free. The Build Plan is for the builds nobody can quote honestly from a phone call: integrations, custom software, multi-step workflows. We map what you actually do, find what is costing you the hours, and come back in 5 working days with a fixed price. If you go ahead, the $490 comes straight off it. If you don't, the document is yours — take it to anyone you like.

  • What we would build, written down in plain English
  • What it changes — the hours or the jobs it gets you back
  • A fixed price, not a range
  • Yours to keep and take to anyone else if you would rather
This is a fit when
  • You have a process that eats hours every week and does not scale.
  • You already tried a VA, a template tool, or a Zapier chain that broke.
  • You know roughly what "fixed" looks like, even if you can't name the software.
This is not a fit when
  • You want a website, or booking, or reviews, or a receptionist — those are built already, and a bundle is both faster and far cheaper.
  • You need it live next week for a fixed launch date.
  • You want a large build priced before anyone has looked at it. A day-one number for a system like that is a guess — ours comes from the Build Plan, and it is fixed.
