Billing, cancelling, owning
We invoice you by email, once a month, for the month ahead, and you pay it by bank transfer. There is no card kept on file and nothing is charged automatically, so a month never starts with a surprise. Card checkout is coming; when it does we will tell you before anything changes.

Yes — that is how they are built. Booking, missed-call text-back, the review engine and the rest all run on the site you already have, and several of them (the AI receptionist, the follow-up machine, Google Business Profile management) do not touch your website at all. Take one system, take four, take no website. You are not required to move anything you already have working.
Only one system has one: the AI receptionist, at $249. It covers writing the script in your words, wiring it to your phone number and calendar, and testing it on your real business before a single customer hears it. Every other system is $0 to switch on — and the receptionist fee is waived entirely if you take it in a bundle.
No, and that is deliberate. The bundles are growth systems, and they run perfectly well on the website you already have — plenty of our customers keep a site they are happy with. If you do want one from us it is $79/mo alongside any bundle, which is less than the $99 it costs on its own. You are never charged for a second website to get the systems you actually came for.
Yes, and you can check it: each bundle shows the price of the same systems bought one at a time right next to what the bundle costs. Depending on the bundle, the saving runs from 34% to 42% against buying the same systems separately. The AI receptionist setup fee also disappears inside a bundle.
Yes. Each system is billed on its own line and cancels on its own, from an email, at the end of the month you already paid for. Cancelling one does not affect your website or any other system.
No. Month to month, cancel any time from an email. No minimum term and no cancellation fee. The only up-front charge anywhere is the AI receptionist setup, and that is waived in a bundle.
The domain registration itself (about $12 a year at any registrar — use ours or yours), paid ads budget, the growth systems (those are priced on their own, above), and custom builds. Custom builds are quoted fixed per project, and running one after launch is optional: $250/mo to host, watch and patch it, or $450/mo if you want changes and support included. Take it in-house whenever you like — the build stays yours. Everything else in your plan is the monthly price.
No — this is a rental, and the price is what it is because of that. Your domain, your content and your customer list are yours from day one and you can export all of it whenever you ask, including on the way out. The design and the code stay ours. If owning a site outright is what you want, a custom build is the way to do it: that is quoted per project, and what we build for you there is yours.
Yes, either direction, at the start of the next month. Most people start on Essential and move up once the site is bringing in calls.
It comes offline at the end of your paid month. You get an export of your content and we point your domain wherever you want. We hold your data for 60 days in case you come back.
No. The monthly price is the whole relationship. We do not take commission, we do not resell your data, and we do not charge per lead.
